Respect a speed limit of 58km/h (36mph) when further than 60 meters from shore.
Respect a speed limit of 10km/h
Respect a speed limit of 10km/h (6mph) within 60 meters from shore.
Navigate following a straight path
Navigate following a straight path to reduce the wake from your boat (avoid navigating in a circle or ring).
Do not monopolize one part of the lake
Do not monopolize, for an unreasonable amount of time, one part of the lake that is shared by several vessels.
Respect the existing laws
Respect the existing laws that pertain to power driven boats on navigable waters, such as Collision Regulations, Competency of Operators of Pleasure Craft Regulations, municipal by-law concerning audible boat noise, the Criminal Code of Canada and Regulations for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships.
